Delete Account
We respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly within the Ceyra mobile application. Following these steps will permanently remove your account and all of your personal data from our systems:
- Open the Ceyra app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Tap on Privacy.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm your decision when prompted.
What happens when you delete your account?
Once you confirm the deletion, the process is immediate and irreversible. All of your personal information, scanned product history, and skin profile data will be permanently erased from our database.
