Delete Account
Ceyra is a local‑first app. You don't sign up, you don't pick a password, and you don't log in on another device. There is no traditional account to manage - just the data that lives on your phone.
How your data is stored
Everything personal to you (f.e. your skin quiz answers, saved products, lists, and scan history) is stored locally on your device. We don't require an email, phone number, or password, and there's no profile of you sitting on our servers waiting to be logged back into.
How to delete your data
Because everything personal is kept on your device, deleting your data is as simple as removing the app:
On iPhone / iPad
- Touch and hold the Ceyra app icon on your home screen.
- Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
- Confirm with Delete.
On Android
- Touch and hold the Ceyra app icon.
- Tap Uninstall (or drag the icon to the Uninstall area).
- Confirm when prompted.
Uninstalling the app permanently removes all your saved data (f.e. quiz answers, skin profile, saved lists, and scan history) from your device - the process is immediate and irreversible. Reinstalling Ceyra later will start you fresh - there's nothing to restore, because nothing was kept on our side.
